URGENT: Border Collie in Kill Shelter in Manhattan ACC
It is very rare to find an abandoned purebred Border Collie in a NYC Kill Shelter. Can this be your dog? It was found in Queens, NY. I'm hoping to do a transport to Glen Highland Rescue if they will take her. Please help pass this photo around to see if the owner turns up.
